SNS is not your typical IT company. We’ve assembled a team of experts and made it our mission to make your work-life easier. Get to know our team and you will find innovators, problem solvers- people who are not afraid to rise to the challenge and people who will help develop the perfect IT solution for you and your staff.
CEo & founder
Kevin founded SNS in 2002 from his Boston area apartment. He wanted to find a better way to support IT for clients who depended on him to keep their business’s IT operations always running and finely tuned. Today Kevin oversees Team SNS and helps SNS achieve its goals by working with his awesome band of chiefs and directors. Kevin is the proud father of 3 incredible kids, an avid boater, skier, and RVer. He can always be found listening to music, marches to the beat of his own drum, and is proud of the fine band he has assembled.
Chief operating officer (coo)
Brad works closely with his clients and peers on both IT operations and IT changes. Brad makes SNS strong through his advocacy for superior customer service, and focusing on business operations. On any given day, Brad can be found overseeing the sales operations of the company: Working with the finance team, managing vendor and distribution channel partnerships, and being directly involved in setting the direction of SNS. Outside of the office, Brad spends his days raising two beautiful boys and enforcing nap, snack, and sleep schedules. He loves horseracing, the state of Rhode Island, and the Red Sox.
Chief Finance Officer
As CFO, Meg handles all things financial for the company, from AP to AR to Payroll and more. We are always trying to make her life a little busier as SNS continues to grow! In her spare time Meg can be found raising her two adorable daughters and consoling her husband over the direction, or lack thereof, of the New York Yankees baseball team or crafting the next great recipe to bring into the office.
Chief information officer (cio)
Ted is fluent in all languages of tech talk and is thorough and passionate about technology decisions. As CIO, Ted helps clients decide how to address their technology infrastructure needs and loves performing in-depth technology and security audits for his clients. He can often be found knee deep in managing complex networking projects and is well known for keeping technology vendors truthful and on the straight. Outside of the office, Ted can be found rooting for the Boston Bruins, camping under the stars, and passionately debating crypto currencies.
Chief Service officer (CSo)
Kristy keeps all of our techs on point. As CSO, Kristy oversees the large and ever-expanding support and field engineering teams. She is able to keep her team organized even with a demanding work load of interviewing, hiring, and developing staff. Kristy fiercely protects clients, and her team always delivers the high level of friendly and knowledgeable service that clients have come to expect from SNS. Outside of the office, Kristy can be found spending time with her two adorable children and planning the next trip to Disney World.
Chief technology officer
Matt is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful when crafting and designing technology solutions for our clients. Matt knows that the solutions we implement today need to stand the test of time in the years to come; which is no small feat in an industry that changes every 3 years. Matt lives with his wife Diana in the Lone Star State and can often be found dreaming of ways to get back to the north east.
Director of client communications
Heather is the primary contact for key SNS clients, managing the fast-paced world of technology for them. Heather’s day can often be spent translating the engineering tech-talk into a clear and concise IT recommendation and budget. Heather helps make things simple for our clients, and ensures that they easily understand IT. She is married, has 2 boys, and is an identical twin. Her alter ego stage name is Julie and her favorite Karaoke song is Copa Cabana.
director of client services
Josh works with all of the departments at SNS making the services we deliver easier for the client. He can be found working behind the scenes at SNS, interfacing between sales and engineering, interfacing with clients on projects, or fixing systems and processes on the back end. Josh is one of the originals and has been with SNS from the beginning. Outside of the office Josh loves doing home projects, rooting for the Boston Celtics, and being a Dad raising 3 wonderful children with his wife Royale in Massachusetts.
SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
Kori is a rock star of sorts. She provides support to the sales and finance teams, and works on the company’s marketing initiatives. Kori can be found creating sales materials, presenting at tradeshows, and managing the company’s social media presence and overall brand reputation. Kori is always willing to do what it takes to ensure our customers and her co-workers are happy. When not at the office, Kori can be found practicing Fengshui on her gardens or exploring the mountains.
